Last weekend I joined Knit the Classics.... What happens is each month we all read a "classic"/popular novel and knit a themed project... actually we can also crochet or sew... anything using fibers... you get the point...This months book is the Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan... so Monday I managed to find a copy at our pathetic library and finished it yesterday... I wanted to consume it in one sitting, but it has been a fairly busy week. I few ideas jotted down for projects... nothing finalized as yet. Our read for next month is The Inferno by Dante... I should be getting that today from Amazon along with some of the past titles that they've read before... I've taken it upon myself to read and do projects for some of the titles I missed.
The weather has been absolutely gorgeous the past few days... I think we have another couple of days before we get our official April Showers... so I'm going to take advantage of it.
I'm putting the final touches on my submission on the ArtErratica Button Swap.... I've included one red and one pink Italian etched shell buttons and 2 vintage plastic buttons (they are stacked together on the card)
